Roof Rooms, a division of Timbercraft, excels at roof rooms and extensions. No project of this type is beyond the companys capabilities. We have built entire second storeys, cosy attic rooms, ground floor extensions, even a lower storey under a house which had been built on stilts. Great care is taken to match the finish of the new part of the house to the existing structure, in terms of both exterior and interior finishes.
The company has in the past removed entire roofs to build a complete upper storey - without the occupants of the lower floor having to move out. In fact, we once built an upper storey on a running guesthouse without disruption to business, or inconvenience to any guests.
